Awareness, Accountability and Action: A Conversation on Israel & Palestine

About This Event:

The Flying Sage welcomes you to join us as we come together in solidarity, seeking pathways towards healing, awareness, accountability, and action from our commonalities.

While it is a challenge to reflect on the realities at stake with an open mind and tolerant heart, contending with our discomforts within community allows for the possibility of integration and positive change during times of crisis.

Bringing to the forefront our personal and collective experiences of suffering, this 2 hour virtual event is centered around the voices of the MENA/SWANA diaspora in Vancouver with Dr. Gabor Maté.

We invite you to approach this conversation addressing our needs as a community and the urgent call for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza with our panelists Salma Amer, Noor Ramadhan, Leen Issa and Eda Ertan from a place of compassionate inquiry and deep listening.
