The Process

  1. apply

    Use our application form below to get started and then complete the volunteer onboarding steps.

  2. Join the nest

    Once accepted in the program, you will receive access to our online platform called The Nest where we will post opportunities for breathwork supports. Make sure you download the app.

  3. Sign up

    Reach out and confirm your attendance for an upcoming event. Get connected with the primary breathwork facilitator and determine what kind of support is needed.

  4. Show up

    Show up to your specific event and offer your support.

  5. attend a free event

    In addition to the perks of our Mushroom Membership, we also offer one free ticket to one of our events for every breathwork circle that you support with. You will be offered a code which can be used at any of our Stretch Space Events or our Rhythmic or Harmony Breathwork events.

FAQ

  • We use an honor system. Please track your hours yourself. To keep track of progress within our community, we also have a badge system. If you reach 15 hours of support for Flying Sage offerings, please let me know.

  • If you have graduated with breathwork training from another school that we do not currently recognize, please reach out to michael@theflyingsage.ca.

    We are happy to make exceptions as we understand there are other schools and trainings out there.

  • For every breathwork circle you support, you can redeem your Angel code for one of the following events

    • Any Stretch Space event

    • Rhythmic Breathwork

    • Harmony Breathwork

  • No. You can join the Angel Program whether or not you are trying to complete practicum hours.

  • At the moment no. Once you complete the onboarding process to join, you are in the the program and there is no further steps required.
