We have two different paths for this challenge available depending on your timezone…


Early Riser - PST (Americas)

  • Start Date: TBD
    Cadence: Monday - Friday
    Time: 6:30am-7:00am PST
    End Date: TBD

  • Daily Guidance: Each morning, experience grounding and breathing exercises designed to connect you to your Inner Self, setting a positive tone for your entire day.

    Elemental Focus: Each week centers around a different element—Earth, Water, Fire. As you transition through these elements, you’ll learn new breathing techniques and sacred phrases or mantras to practice throughout the week.

    End Goal: By the end of this challenge, you'll have the tools and experience to create a personalized, regular breathing practice and you will also become an early riser.

late riser - CEST (Europe)

  • Start Date: TBD
    Cadence: Monday - Friday
    Time: 10:00am-10:30am CEST
    End Date: TBD

  • Daily Guidance: Each morning, experience grounding and breathing exercises designed to refresh, restore and start your day off on a positive note.

    Grounding Focus: Each week will focus around a different grounding component. Week 1 will focus on circular breathing. Week 2 will focus on master breath techniques

    Finally, Week 3 will focus on solar breathing.

    End Goal: By the end of this challenge, you'll have the tools and experience to create a personalized, regular breathing practice.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORs

GABRIEL LARGAESPADA

Gabo is a movement coach, a veteran Flying Sage Community Leader and the co-founder of the breathwork organization Inhale Life Collective. Together with his organization they have guided over 100 breathwork sessions both virtually and in person.

Gabo’s connection to the spiritual realm was initiated 10 years ago through psychedelic medicines, meditation and breathwork practices. As a proud Nicaraguan he brings in the essence of his Latin culture into everything he does. His mission is to empower people towards spiritual freedom, adventure and a deeper sense of intimacy.

ALEJANDRO GIRAlDO

Alejandro is a compassionate Breathwork Facilitator, Somatic and Spiritual Life Coach, specializing in trauma-informed practices. He is the co-founder of the breathwork organization Inhale Life Collective. He empowers individuals to heal and discover themselves through a holistic approach that integrates breathwork, somatic therapy, and spiritual guidance.

Drawing from his Colombian roots and extensive training, Alejandro aims to create a safe space for people to explore, release trauma, connect with emotions and build resilience. Passionate about mindful breathing, body awareness, and consciousness development, he helps people overcome limiting beliefs, regulate the nervous system, enhance self-awareness, and develop self-love. Embark on a transformative journey with Alejandro and discover the healing power within you.

Mishka Ma

Mishka Ma is a devoted space holder and ceremonialist on a journey of healing and expansion. With a decade of facilitation and teaching experience, she has developed a unique blend of techniques and style. She is a 4-level certified breathwork facilitator, 800-hour somatic bodyworker, certified death doula, and has completed over 1100 hours of yoga and meditation teacher training across the world.

Mishka specializes in somatic breathwork, incorporating elements of somatic experiencing to create a body-centered journey. What began as a path of self-discovery has evolved into a mission to serve her community. Through her teachings, she shares the wisdom that has enabled her to live a magical life, fully present in each moment. Her purpose as a facilitator is to empower and remind you that everything you need is already within you!

FAQs

  • Our Virtual Breathwork Challenge is a 3-week program designed to guide you through a series of breathwork exercises and grounding techniques.

    Each morning, you will participate in guided sessions with our expert facilitators who will take you on a journey of exploring your breath and nervous system.

    By the end of the challenge, you will have developed your own morning breathwork routine.

  • The program starts on November 18th and it will end on Friday December 6th.

    We currently have two cohorts for this program.

    For those in Canada and America, our Early Riser cohort is for you. This one starts at 6:25am sharp and ends at 7:00am PST.

    For those in Europe, our other cohort starts at 9:55am and ends at 10:30am.

    The sessions take place during the week Monday to Friday. There are no breathwork sessions on the weekend.

  • By participating in the Virtual Breathwork Challenge, you will:

    • Develop a regular breathing practice

    • Learn various breathing techniques

    • Connect with your Inner Self

    • Increase your energy and focus

    • Gain tools to manage stress and enhance well-being

  • Attendance is tracked on a trust system. With that said, our facilitators will be noting down occasionally when participants are missing.
