Connecting with your breath & body can help you sleep better, regulate your mood, promote self care and create a heightened state of awareness and presence, all which are important aspects of integration.
The cold is a wise teacher with many lessons to offer. Allowing and embracing discomfort in the cold is something that can translate itself very well to psychedelic preparation. With body cold immersion and psychedelic therapy, sitting with discomfort is one of the greatest teachers of all.
