More Details

Our journey will begin with a an optional offering of a mushroom chocolate and/or capsule microdose from MicroDays. MicroDays is a Canadian supplier of 100% organic, small-batch, BC-grown psilocybin and functional mushrooms. A lot of care has gone into the development of their products and we are excited to share them with you at this event.

After this, you will be guided in a breathwork practice by SJ who will guide us into a compassionate space for connection (Self, Spirit, nature, another) and healing. Drawing from the lineages of yoga, somatic practices and being a certified BreathWave facilitator, SJ encourages autonomy, creativity and expression through her approach. She has a deep love for words and frequency and is passionate about refining language for liberation.

After the guided breathwork, we will transition and immerse ourselves in the sounds orchestrated by Co-Creating Love who will invite you to experience a realm of serenity, enveloped by harmonious melodies. Corus & Rhythm are interdisciplinary artists and Soundbath facilitators. Their mission through music is to nourish health and love in every being. Throughout their sound journey you will experience the balance of masculine and feminine forces in through deeply restorative vocals, handpan, crystal singing bowls, and native american flutes. To reach a state of relaxation and rejuvenation, all their instruments have been tuned to either 432hz or the solfeggio frequencies.

Join us on June 30th and relax, reflect and let go as we journey inwards to a symphony of sound.
