More Details

The Fall Equinox represents a powerful time of balance, marking the transition from the energetic days of summer to the introspective and grounding energy of fall. This event will support you in navigating this shift, helping you reflect, release, and open yourself to new growth.

Our journey begins with an optional offering of a mushroom chocolate or capsule microdose from MicroDays, a Canadian supplier of 100% organic, small-batch, BC-grown psilocybin and functional mushrooms. MicroDays' carefully crafted products will support your exploration in this transformative experience, helping you align with the equinox's energy of change.

Next, Sheenae Bunzel will guide us through a breathwork session, creating a compassionate, safe space for deep connection—whether with self, spirit, nature, or others.

Following the breathwork, Jonah Ocean, a multi-instrumentalist, will lead a soothing sound journey. His music will provide a deep, nurturing space for reflection, self-love, and emotional healing as we transition through the equinox.

Join us on September 22nd for an evening of relaxation, reflection, and inner exploration, as we harness the powerful energy of the Fall Equinox to ground, release, and transform.
