Introducing Our Kits Meetups

Every other Wednesday we gather as a community at The Stretch Space to connect and expand together. For these events, we invite local facilitators to join us in offering unique workshops with a different theme each week. Through these events, we seek to offer transformation, connection and peak experiences all while providing a container to connect with other like-minded people in the community. The focus here is on diversity of experience so you can expect something different each time!

These events are open to the public and are discounted/free for our members.

About This Week’s Event: Sound Bath with Cacao

Join us for an evening of resetting while connecting back to the mind, body and soul through cacao and sound. As we enter a new season that is filled with slowing down and resetting, this event will aim to relax and reset your nervous system while intentionally deepening the connection to self.

Bebhínn will begin the evening with some delicious cacao, served warm, while intentions are set. A journal is recommended to have on hand. Followed by a sound bath with an assortment of instruments that will be used to help integrate the cacao and intentions for participants. The evening will close with space and time to connect as a group with a sharing circle.

Cacao is known as a “heart opener” and it provides the ability to receive the benefits of a sound bath on a deeper level. Scientifically speaking - the active ingredient in cacao, theobromine, widens the blood vessels and stimulates the heart. Cacao opens the heart and allows you to deeply connect with yourself and others in an expanded, more authentic loving way.

About This Week’s Facilitator: Bebhinn Pidgeon

From a young age, Bebhínn has been passionate about and has used the arts as a form of self-exploration and healing in her own journey. Recognizing the power of creativity, she combines her most loved creative tools to curate journeys of self-exploration & healing within her clients.
