Join Navin and Chandni for a transformative community wellness event designed to elevate your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're new to wellness practices or a seasoned enthusiast, this event offers a safe, nurturing space to explore mindfulness, release tension, and reconnect with your inner peace. Embrace the power of these ancient techniques and modern practices in a welcoming community setting—an opportunity to unwind, rejuvenate, and rediscover your sense of balance

This event is about cultivating a healthy, intentional relationship with cannabis use, focusing on how we can use it for inner healing, growth, development, and exploration. We are utilizing small doses as the ceremony is about being intentional with our cannabis use and exploring the depths of what we can reach with a low-dose

Please note the form of digestion for this event is smoking, and ingesting cannabis is completely optional. There are many healing modalities in the room including a breathwork practice, mindfulness meditation, and sound healing

Please bring: eye shades, water bottle, blankets, yoga mat, personal/sentimental item, a healing intention, journal & pen/pencil. We also invite you to bring a grounding snack for after the event

If you have any questions about this event please do not hesitate to reach out. We look forward to having you there!
