Cannabis & Sound Meditation

  • The Stretch Space 2188 York Avenue Vancouver, BC, V6K 3E7 Canada (map)

About This Event: Cannabis Ceremony

We are excited to welcome you to another Cannabis and Sound Meditation. Although cannabis can be used recreationally, it is oftentimes overlooked as a spiritual tool. During this intimate ceremony we are going to focus on how cannabis can be used with intention as we sit together in meditation and sound.

This event will be co-facilitated by Navin Sahjpaul (Music Therapist, BMT) and Alexia Maynard (RN, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Nurse, Space Holder). A few cannabis strains will be provided in the form of shared joints. If you would like to smoke with other means, you are welcome to bring your own supply.

After we arrive together and go over logistics, we will split into two groups and head outside to enjoy cannabis together. We will emphasize very small doses as this ceremony is about being very intentional with our use and exploring the depths we can reach with a low dose.

Then we will head back inside at which point we will begin our meditation and sound offering.

If you have any other questions about this event please do not hesitate to reach out. We look forward to having you there!
