About Our Cold Plunge Challenge
We are excited to be running our third Cold Plunge Challenge starting on October 11th. This challenge will run for 11 weeks and will be a great opportunity for those seeking some accountability and incentive in making cold exposure a part of your weekly routine. The last plunge of this challenge will be on December 20th. Each week, we start with 3 rounds of Wim Hof Breathwork lead by Flying Sage Community Leader Gabriel Largaespada, then we plunge in the ocean, followed by some guided Qigong movements from Kiem Schutter. We want to bring a meditative aspect to this event and so we ask that during the plunge itself, you remain silent so that everyone can have space to feel into the sensations brought about by the cold. We are also lucky to be joined by Claudia Bastien who will help share more about the benefits of cold plunging with us for this first kick-off. This is a free event.
For those that are able to attend all 11 of our weekly plunges, you will win…
A group celebration with The Finnish Sauna at their location in Squamish @ the Cheekeye Ranch.
1 free class pass from TurF
A group celebration at Vital Cryotherapy downtown.

1.) You will only be able to miss one cold plunge to remain in the challenge. And even still, if you do miss one, you will need to make it up and share on social (or send to us if you do not have social media or choose not to use it)*
2.) Your plunge counts as long as you make it in the water with us. If you are late and miss the breathwork, your plunge will still count. Likewise, if you have to leave before the Qigong, it will also still count.
Location
7:30am sharp at Kitsilano Beach. Look for the white Flying Sage tent on the West end of the beach.
