About Our Cold Plunge Challenge
We are excited to be running our SIXTH Cold Plunge Challenge starting on January 22nd. This challenge will run for 10 weeks and will be a great opportunity for those seeking some accountability and incentive in making cold exposure a part of your weekly routine.
The last plunge of this challenge will be on March 26th. Each week, we start with 3 rounds of Wim Hof Breathwork lead by new Flying Sage facilitator Zoe Buratynsky, then we plunge in the ocean, followed by some guided Qigong movements from Kiem Schutter.
We want to bring a meditative aspect to this event and so we ask that during the plunge itself, you remain silent so that everyone can have space to feel into the sensations brought about by the cold. This event is by-donation.
For those that are able to attend all 10 of our weekly plunges, you will win prizes from our sponsors. Sponsors for this challenge include…
10% discount on all offerings from Legacy Journeys.
50 vouchers worth $45 for any Moment Mushroom products.
20% Discount for Stretch Therapy at the Stretch Space.
50 1lb coffee bags from Raven Coffee Company.
A group celebration with The Finnish Sauna.
A group sauna celebration at Under The Rose.
Stay tuned for the more prizes to be announced soon for this challenge...

1.) You will only be able to miss one cold plunge to remain in the challenge. And even still, if you do miss one, you will need to make it up and share on social (or send to us if you do not have social media or choose not to use it)*
2.) Your plunge counts as long as you make it in the water with us. If you are late and miss the breathwork, your plunge will still count. Likewise, if you have to leave before the Qigong, it will also still count.
Location
7:30am sharp at Kitsilano Beach. Look for the white Flying Sage tent on the West end of the beach.
