Embodied Breath: Free Your Fascia, Free Your Breath

A Monthly Ceremony of Movement & Release at The Stretch Space

Join us for a powerful evening of breath, movement, and deep connection at The Stretch Space. This is more than just a breathwork session—it’s a full-body reset designed to open the physical pathways of your breath by working with the fascia, the connective tissue that holds your body (and often your tension) together.

We begin by waking up and unwinding the body. Using guided movement, fascial stretch techniques, and embodied practices, we’ll lengthen and open the chest, ribs, diaphragm, and hips—freeing the tissues that influence how deeply and freely you can breathe. As we soften the fascia, we create more space for oxygen, emotion, and energy to move.

Then, from this physically open state, we’ll drop into a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey. With your body primed and your nervous system gently supported, the breath becomes a powerful vehicle for emotional release, energetic clarity, and inner insight.

This workshop helps you reconnect with yourself from the inside out. By freeing the body, we free the breath. And by freeing the breath, we begin to shift what we hold in both our body and our life.

We encourage you to be on an empty stomach for events if you intend to consume a microdose. About Facilitator:

Cian & Carolyn

Cian and Carolyn, founders of The Stretch Space, are experienced bodyworkers, movement teachers, and breathwork facilitators who have been holding space and working with people from all walks of life for over a decade. Trained by some of the most influential leaders in the wellness world—including Wim Hof, Tom Myers, John F. Barnes, and Ann & Chris Frederick—they are deeply passionate about helping others become the most vibrant and embodied versions of themselves.

At The Stretch Space in Vancouver, BC, they specialize in Stretch Therapy, Breathwork, and Movement, offering 1-on-1 sessions, group experiences, retreats, and facilitator training programs. Having supported thousands of clients in Vancouver and beyond, Cian and Carolyn remain infinitely grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and share the wisdom of movement and breath.

What to Bring:

Yoga mats and light blankets are provided. We recommend bringing an extra blanket, a pillow, and any props you need to feel supported in seated and lying positions. Dress in comfortable layers—body temperature can fluctuate during breathwork. Bring water.

This event is open to the public and tickets are $60.00. If you are a Mushroom member, tickets are 20% off. If you are a Sage or Wizard Member, tickets are FREE. Please note that we do have limited spots so make sure to get your tickets fast.
