About This Event: Harmony Breathwork
Immerse yourself in a gentle yet profound breathwork journey designed to align your inner world with the natural rhythm of life.
Guided by Damian Kai Norman and Lion Carew, this larger monthly offering is an invitation to be held in a sacred space where you can softly release tensions and emotions, allowing for deep connection and healing. Through carefully crafted breathwork practices, you’ll be led to a state of harmony that balances body, mind, and spirit.
This ceremony is a welcoming space for both newcomers and seasoned practitioners, offering a unique experience of tranquility and inner peace with the option to enhance your experience with a microdose of Huachuma.
Join us in this serene exploration of breath and spirit. Harmony is within reach. What is Huachuma (San Pedro)?
Huachuma, also known as San Pedro, is a psychoactive cactus native to the Andes Mountains in South America. It has been used for centuries by indigenous peoples in the region for its psychoactive and shamanic properties. Huachuma contains mescaline, a naturally occurring psychedelic compound, and is traditionally consumed in ceremonial rituals to facilitate spiritual insights, emotional healing, and personal growth. It is revered for its ability to induce altered states of consciousness, leading to vivid visual experiences and profound introspection, making it a powerful tool for self-discovery, healing, and connecting with the spiritual world.
Who Is This Event For?
This event is for anyone that is seeking to deepen their mind-body connection through breathwork. Unlike our smaller member-focussed events, this breathwork ceremony is geared towards people who are new to The Flying Sage community and who want to dip their toes into what we have to offer. If you are new to The Flying Sage, this is a great place to start. If you are new to breathwork, this event is also a great option.
If you are more experienced with breathwork, we encourage you to check out our bi-weekly Huachuma Breathwork events which are smaller and more intimate.
