About This Event: Huachuma Breathwork
Join us for a transformative bi-weekly Huachuma breathwork session, now at the Stretch Space, where conscious connected breathing meets a light microdose of Huachuma (San Pedro). Guided by our new facilitator, Lion Carew, this immersive experience is designed to help you reconnect with your true self through the power of breath. This will be an immersive and powerful experience that will bring you closer to yourself through the magic of breath.
What is Huachuma (San Pedro)?
Huachuma, also known as San Pedro, is a psychoactive cactus native to the Andes Mountains in South America. It has been used for centuries by indigenous peoples in the region for its psychoactive and shamanic properties. Huachuma contains mescaline, a naturally occurring psychedelic compound, and is traditionally consumed in ceremonial rituals to facilitate spiritual insights, emotional healing, and personal growth. It is revered for its ability to induce altered states of consciousness, leading to vivid visual experiences and profound introspection, making it a powerful tool for self-discovery, healing, and connecting with the spiritual world.
