In Good Company: A Conscious 4/20 Gathering

SADLY THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

This 4/20, we invite you to celebrate connection in all its forms—to yourself, to others, and to the heart-opening spirit of cannabis.

Designed to be shared with a friend, partner, or loved one, this gathering is a unique way to mark 4/20 through presence, play, and meaningful interaction—in a space that feels both light-hearted and sacred.

We’ll journey through:

Cannabis & Intention Circle - We’ll open the evening in small groups with a grounding walk to a nearby park, where we’ll connect to our intentions and medicine (BYOC – Bring Your Own Cannabis).

Partner Embodiment & Stretch - Cian & Carolyn from Stretch Space will guide a co-regulating and connective movement practice to soften the body, open the heart, and invite play and presence into shared space.

Partner Connection & Gratitude Practice + Live Sound Journey - Chandni will guide a partner-based connection and gratitude practice, deepening the relational energy in the space, while Navin provides a live sound journey to support reflection, resonance, and shared presence.

Integration & Closing Circle - We’ll return to circle for grounding, integration, and a soft close to our shared experience.

This event is about cultivating a healthy, intentional relationship with cannabis, focusing on how it can be used for inner healing, growth, and exploration. We will be working with small doses, emphasizing mindfulness and presence to deepen our connection with the plant’s wisdom.

Please note: This event is BYOC (Bring Your Own Cannabis). We cannot provide guests with Cannabis in accordance to regulations, but there is a conveniently located dispensary next to the venue and our facilitators are happy to provide some suggested favourites.

The ceremony is about intentional use, and participation in cannabis consumption is completely optional—there are many other healing modalities incorporated, including breathwork, stretching, mindfulness, and sound healing.

Consumption Method: Smoking (if you choose to partake)

Optional: A grounding snack to enjoy after the event

Safety:

Nothing here is intended as medical advice. The microdose offered at this event is completely optional as well. If you are someone sensitive to altered states or substances in general, we encourage you to avoid driving to and from the event.
