About Our Integration Circles:
Hello Flying Sage,
Psychedelics are great tools for exploring consciousness and furthering our self-understanding. These experiences can be some of the most potent in our life and require some time to weave back into our model of the world and how we see ourselves in it. No matter how "good" or "bad" these experiences can be, they are most transformative when we take the time to reflect and integrate them together.
The Flying Sage is welcoming you to join us at our Psychedelic Integration Circle featuring Helen Loshny. This will be a space where you can come share your experiences in a safe, intentional and supportive setting. The primary purpose of these circles to help with integration after a psychedelic experience. However, these circles can also serve as great opportunities for preparation. If you are thinking about having a psychedelic journey, this is also a great space to bring your questions and curiosity.
Before attending our circle, please make sure you have read our Integration Circle Agreements here. Please note as well that you must register below to attend these circles. We do not accept walk-ins for these events as we have limited seating.

About Our Facilitator: Helen Loshny
Helen Loshny is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor based in BC, specializing in Transpersonal, Intergenerational Trauma Counselling, Systemic Constellation and Psychedelic Preparation and Integration processes since 2011. Helen is co-founder of Empower Health, a multidisciplinary integrative wellness centre established in 2014, which started the first integrated Ketamine Assisted Therapy program in BC. She is also co-founder and Board member of the Ketamine Assisted Therapy Association of Canada, and is the Operations Director and Therapeutic lead of Psy Integrated Health, a BC benefit corporation dedicated to stewarding the ethical delivery of psychedelic and holistic therapies through supporting independent practitioner and community operated organizations and initiatives. Helen is passionate about contributing to projects that advance community regeneration and progressive governance models aimed at upholding the highest standards of care in the delivery of holistic wellness and psychedelic services.
Helen is also passionate about contributing to collaborations and initiatives that are anchored in the values that have come to us from the wisdom traditions cultivated over thousands of years and given contemporary meaning and relevance in approaches of inquiry, contemplation, meditation and transformative justice. As co-steward of this amazing ecosystem, which also includes a couple of intentional community houses in BC, she is delighted and very grateful to work, play and collaborate with many kindred souls who share her vision for a better world including her 2 amazing daughters and partner Greg with whom she is celebrating 40 years married in 2024.

Cancellation Policy:
Please understand that there are limited spots for these events and so we only accept cancellations 48 hours in advance from the start date. Although these events are free, there is a penalty for backing out last minute which can result in removal from future integration circles if your absence becomes a pattern.
