Introducing Our Kits Meetups

Every other Wednesday we gather as a community at The Stretch Space to connect and expand together. For these events, we invite local facilitators to join us in offering unique workshops with a different theme each week. Through these events, we seek to offer transformation, connection and peak experiences all while providing a container to connect with other like-minded people in the community. The focus here is on diversity of experience so you can expect something different each time!

These events are open to the public and are discounted/free for our members.

About This Week’s Meetup: Healing the Mother Wound with Family Constellations

Discover the Power of Family Constellations: Family Constellations is a guided, interactive group process where we collectively enact the dynamics of a family system to heal dissonant energies. No prior experience is required; all that's needed is an open heart and mind ready to receive insights and embark on a journey of self-discovery.

Are You Carrying the Mother Wound?

Beyond the psychological story with our Mother, it is quite important to heal the energetic bond that exists between us and our Mothers so that we can connect deeply into our lineages. This is because the Mother Wound can manifest itself in various ways, influencing our relationships in deep ways, self-worth, and overall well-being. Competition with other women, inability to trust women, in ability to manifest and maintain abundance are also impacts of having an interrupted movement towards our mothers. This event provides a safe space to acknowledge and address these wounds, fostering healing on a deep, soulful level.

Embark on a Journey of Healing: Guided by experienced facilitators, the evening will commence with a soul-nourishing meditation, creating a sacred space for inner reflection and connection. The heart of the event lies in the Family Constellation process, where you'll tap into your inner wisdom, receive profound insights, and release limiting beliefs.

Whether you're facing challenges in health, relationships, or abundance, this event promises illumination and understanding. The transformative journey concludes with the healing vibrations of Kirtan, as voices unite in heart-opening chants.

Join Us on this Transformative Journey: Immerse yourself in the healing energy of community connection and ancestral exploration. This holistic experience aims to guide you towards inner peace, healing, and a profound sense of belonging. Honor your roots, open your heart, and allow the transformative power of this event to lead you toward a harmonious and fulfilling life.

Don't miss the opportunity to join us on this sacred journey of healing and self-discovery. Together, let's embrace the transformative power of Family Constellations and find our way to a profound sense of inner peace and belonging.

About This Week’s Facilitator: Stefany Ting

Meet Stefany, a compassionate and intuitive advanced Certified Family Constellations Facilitator and guide on the transformative journey of ancestral healing. Deeply rooted in ancestral healing practices and the weaving of shamanic practices, Stefany dives deep into the realms of intergenerational trauma and unconscious dynamics, guiding individuals into the illumination and healing movements that bring soulful healing within family systems.

Fascinated by archetypal patterns that manifest themselves through our reality, she is a passionate student of the teachings of the Gene Keys and the IChing. Stefany's holistic life path has led her into a rich tapestry of healing modalities. As a Certified Hatha and Restorative Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher specializing in Compassion-Based Resilience (CBRT) and Mindfulness-Based Addiction Recovery (MBAR), Energy Healer, Sound Therapy Practitioner, and student of shamanic practices, she weaves together ancient wisdom and contemporary techniques to create profound shifts in consciousness.

With reverence for sacred rituals and the natural laws of the universe, she facilitates transformative experiences that tap into the magic of the universe, allowing individuals to step into the depths of their soul essence and reconnect with the wisdom and love of their ancestors and beyond. Stefany's devotion to the path of shamanism and medicine work infuses the way that she holds sacred containers.

A forever student of bhakti yoga and ancient Vedic scriptures, Stefany's journey led her to joyfully complete three levels of Kirtan training with Kirtan Vancouver, invoking the transcendental energy of sacred sound as a conduit for healing and spiritual awakening, encouraging others to connect deeply with their sacred hearts through the practice of musical meditation.
