Every other Wednesday we gather as a community at The Stretch Space to connect and expand together. For these events, we invite local facilitators to join us in offering unique workshops with a different theme each week. Through these events, we seek to offer transformation, connection and peak experiences all while providing a container to connect with other like-minded people in the community. The focus here is on diversity of experience so you can expect something different each time!

About This Week’s Meetup: Quantum Breathing: Liberate Your Voice
"Liberate Your Voice," a fully tailored experience to nurture mind, body, and soul. Dive into the depths of vocal empowerment and self-expression through EFT (tapping) and breathwork.
Guided by Jasmynn, founder of "Alchemize with Jas," lean into the holding patterns that keeps you from speaking your truth. Our journey begins with EFT (tapping) to connect with the throat's sensations, unveiling outdated stories and gaining insight into belief structures and somatic holdings. Seamlessly transitioning into breathwork, you will be encouraged to explore vocal invitations and activations aimed at awakening and gently releasing blocks. Through the breath, you can expect to start shedding these fears so you may claim your most authentic expression. The evening concludes with a sharing circle, providing you the opportunity to be heard in a supportive and nurturing environment.

It's an opportunity to break free from decades of societal and familial conditioning, stepping into the fullness of your voice. About This Week’s Facilitator: Jasmynn Walters
Jasmynn is a trauma informed biodynamic breath and trauma release systems (BBTRS) facilitator and EFT coach based in Vancouver BC. She currently fuses the two modalities in her work to shine light on what is possible when we simply allow ourselves to feel and be in the present moment.
Through her own healing journey, she was called to a path being in service to others as they navigate the uncertainties and grief associated with the unravelling of conditioning, beliefs and patterns that keep us small and in fear. Jasmynn takes her clients on a journey from a state of lack and despair to that of overflow and possibility.
She creates a container that allows her clients the safety to be seen, heard and held through it all whether it be online or in person. She believes that each of us have the capacity to heal and she trusts in the innate wisdom of our body’s. She aspires to share these simple tools to others to empower them to become their own best healers.

These events are open to the public and tickets are $40.00. If you are a Sage or Wizard Member, tickets are FREE. Tickets can be found here. Please note that we do have limited spots each week so make sure to get your tickets fast.
