Introducing Our Kits Meetups
Our Kits Meetups are one of our longest standing events with The Flying Sage. For each of these events, we like to invite new and local facilitators to lead unique workshops designed to inspire transformation, connection, and peak experiences. The focus here is on diversity of experience so you can expect something different each time!
Each week, we invite local facilitators to lead us through unique workshops designed to inspire transformation, foster deep connections, and create peak experiences. These events are more than just workshops though—they're opportunities to meet and bond with like-minded individuals, all within a supportive and vibrant community.
Join us as we explore new ideas, expand our horizons, and connect with others on this journey of growth and discovery. We can't wait to see you there!
About This Week’s Meetup: Movement, Dreams, and Bliss*
This special evening is an invitation to celebrate your dreams—not just the ones you have at night, but the visions you're weaving into being. Through intentional cannabis use, conscious movement, and somatic exploration, we’ll connect to the body as the portal for dream embodiment.
Cannabis will be used as an ally in this ceremony, supporting your journey through the endocannabinoid system (ECS)—a vast and intelligent system in the body responsible for maintaining homeostasis, or internal balance. One of the body’s natural cannabinoids is anandamide, also known as the “bliss molecule.” With its roots in the Sanskrit word ananda, meaning joy, anandamide plays a vital role in mood regulation, neuroprotection, and emotional balance.
Cannabis, used intentionally, can enhance our connection to this natural inner bliss. As we move, breathe, and reflect, we invite the wisdom of the plant and the intelligence of the body to awaken what’s already within.
Your guide for the evening, Kelsey, is a lifelong dancer and long-time movement instructor whose own healing from burnout was powerfully supported by a conscious cannabis practice. This ceremony is born of that journey—a weaving of science, spirit, and movement medicine.
What to expect:
Intention Circle & BYOC Consumption- we’ll take a walk to the nearby park! (7:00–7:30pm)
Gentle Embodied Movement & Conscious Dance Guidance (7:30–8:30pm)

About This Week’s Facilitator:
Kelsey Currier
Meet Kelsey Currier – Dancer, Dreamer, and Designer of Delightfully Unusual Experiences
Kelsey has been dancing since the age of 3 and teaching/coaching/camp-counseling since 16—and whether leading spontaneous group games, choreographing performances, or designing immersive experiences, she’s spent her life exploring the power of movement and creative play in community. From her earliest years, Kelsey has found joy in gathering people together, she's always been creating spaces where people feel free to express, connect, and play.
Originally on a path toward a Master’s in Psychology, Kelsey realized she was more interested in applying human understanding in the real world—through storytelling, movement, and beautifully unconventional gatherings. With a career that’s spanned marketing, events, and community building, Kelsey has planned and hosted hundreds of events across all scales and styles. Her gatherings feature unique blends of creativity, conversation, and expression.
She’s currently exploring her lifelong relationship with dance and embodiment through Humans in Motion, a movement practice designed to support people in returning to the wisdom of their bodies through joy, rhythm, and presence. This event marks another step in her personal journey of reclamation—reclaiming her identity as a dancer, reconnecting to the language of the body, and honouring the role of reconciliation and ancestral wisdom in her work.
Raised in a household where energy and creativity were core values—her father an advanced Reiki practitioner, and her mother an endlessly imaginative elementary school teacher—Kelsey brings a unique energy to every space she holds. (Think structure meets intuition, with a dash of sparkle.)
Expect something real, something a little unexpected, and something that moves you—literally and figuratively.
