Introducing Our Kits Meetups
Our Kits Meetups are one of our longest standing events with The Flying Sage. For each of these events, we like to invite new and local facilitators to lead unique workshops designed to inspire transformation, connection, and peak experiences. The focus here is on diversity of experience so you can expect something different each time!
Each week, we invite local facilitators to lead us through unique workshops designed to inspire transformation, foster deep connections, and create peak experiences. These events are more than just workshops though—they're opportunities to meet and bond with like-minded individuals, all within a supportive and vibrant community.
Join us as we explore new ideas, expand our horizons, and connect with others on this journey of growth and discovery. We can't wait to see you there!
About This Week’s Meetup: Pachamama Despacho
This Despacho Ceremony is a living prayer of gratitude, reciprocity, and healing, rooted in Ayni—the Andean principle of sacred reciprocity—passed down through the Q’ero lineage. Participants are invited to realign their intentions with Pachamama, the Cosmic Mother, while honouring the spiritual realms and the forces of nature that sustain life.
Together, we will co-create a Despacho offering using symbolic elements from the Animal, Plant, Mineral, and Water Kingdoms, representing the sacred gifts of nature. As these elements are woven into a mandala-like offering, participants will create space for deep healing, release, and transformation.
Pao will guide participants in this sacred process of reconnection, healing, and renewal, weaving the wisdom of her Indigenous Andean lineage into every step of the ceremony. Through cleansing rituals, prayer, sacred offerings, and community integration, participants are invited to release energetic burdens, honour life’s transitions, and awaken to the natural flow of balance and abundance.
In a world of continuous change, this ceremony offers a spiritual anchor for grounding, healing, and transformation. Through the practice of Ayni, participants remember their sacred relationship with the Earth and contribute not only to their personal healing but to that of future generations. By offering gratitude and intentional prayers to Pachamama, we restore balance and embody the reciprocity that sustains life.
Join this sacred gathering and take part in an offering that nourishes not just the self, but the world around us.
There will be an optional part of the offering where participants can join me in offering the Despacho to the ocean, to the earth (by burying it), or to the fire, weather permitting. This final act symbolizes transformation, release, and the completion of our living prayer.

About This Week’s Facilitator:
Pao Noriega
Pao Noriega | Indigenous Medicine Woman
Pao Noriega is an Indigenous Andean Medicine Woman, Indigenous activist, and advocate, deeply rooted in the sacred wisdom of her Quechua, Aymara, and Amazonian ancestors. Initiated into the Apaza Machacca lineage of the Q’ero Nation, she carries the name Ñusta Paqo Pampamesayoc, embodying her sacred role as a guardian of ancestral earth-based ceremonies and teachings.
Living in Vancouver, Pao honours the unceded ancestral traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh peoples through her dedication to healing and Earth-based ceremonial work. She weaves ancient Andean wisdom with modern practices, integrating neuroscience concepts and trauma-informed approaches into her sacred offerings. Through transformative ceremonies, rituals, and teachings, she guides others to reconnect with their roots, reclaim their inner power, and embody a life of balance, gratitude, and reciprocity.
Her own healing journey—overcoming a diagnosis that deeply challenged her body and spirit—led her back to the wisdom of her lineage, where she rediscovered wholeness through sacred Earth-based practices. Today, she creates spaces where others can break free from survival mode and awaken to a purposeful, fulfilling life rooted in harmony with Pachamama (Mother Earth).
Pao’s work is a living embodiment of the Andean principle of Ayni, or sacred reciprocity—a call to remember our collective responsibility to the Earth and honour the wisdom that lives within us. Through her ceremonies and teachings, she offers a pathway to healing, transformation, and reconnection.
Join her in cultivating a life guided by love, connection, and deep gratitude.
