Weekly Kits Meetup - Quantum Care: Meridian Movement Therapy, Sound Healing & Storytelling

  • 2188 York Ave Vancouver, BC, V6K 3E7 Canada (map)

Introducing Our Weekly Kits Meetups

Every Wednesday we gather as a community at The Stretch Space to connect, expand. For these events, we invite local facilitators to join us in offering unique workshops with a different theme each week. Through these events, we seek to offer transformation, connection and peak experiences all while providing a container to connect with other like-minded people in the community.

These events are open to the public and are discounted/free for our members.

These events also serve as a POTLUCK. If you intend to eat with us, please bring some food to share with others. We will not have a BBQ to cook food on so best to bring something that does not require heating up.

About This Week’s Meetup: Quantum Care: Meridian Movement Therapy, Sound Healing & Storytelling

The Quantum Care Team [Eda & Masa] will be offering a holistic mind-body-heart-soul experience where you will explore the wisdom of ancient and modern sciences, earth medicine, storytelling, spirituality and various healing modalities to manifest a collective-intentional transition into a new solar cycle!

Approaching the first Full Moon of 2023, you will stimulate energy points along your main 12 meridian pathways to activate the intelligence of your holistic human system, balance your Qi [Vital Energy], and co-create a space to move the breath, body, mind and emotions through practices of:

  • Mindful Movement

  • Meditation,

  • Breathwork,

  • Sound Purification,

  • Meridian Therapy & Acupressure Techniques [Traditional Chinese Medicine],

  • Yoga Flow [Vinyasa, Therapeutic Yin, Meridian Yoga Therapy]

  • Sound Healing [Psychoacoustics],

  • Storytelling

  • Written Reflections & Intention Setting
