Introducing Our Kits Meetups

Every other Wednesday we gather as a community at The Stretch Space to connect and expand together. For these events, we invite local facilitators to join us in offering unique workshops with a different theme each week. Through these events, we seek to offer transformation, connection and peak experiences all while providing a container to connect with other like-minded people in the community. The focus here is on diversity of experience so you can expect something different each time!

These events are open to the public and are discounted/free for our members.

About This Week’s Meetup: Quantum Care: Meridian Yoga Therapy & Sound Bath Integration

Experience a comprehensive Quantum Care practice that seamlessly integrates ancient and modern sciences into your wellness toolkit, fostering transformative healing both on and off the mat.

The Intention for Kits Meetup:

Starting with a full Meridian Activation (based on Traditional Chinese Medicine), we aim to move the Qi (vital life energy) throughout your holistic body. This involves techniques such as tapping, massaging, and/or holding specific acupressure points along designated Meridian Lines. The activation serves to release tensions and pains while nurturing a profound connection with your organs, muscles, nervous system, the five elements, emotions, and the seasons.

Following the Meridian Activation, you will engage in a Yoga & Movement Therapy practice designed to "flush out" and embody the newly activated meridian pathways.

The Mindful Movement experience paves the way for a 45-minute Therapeutic Sound Bath and hands-on Acupressure Meridian Massage, facilitating optimal integration of the entire experience.

Sound Bath instruments include Crystal Bowls, Quartzophone (Crystal Harp), Spiral Gong, Zaphir Chimes, Native Flutes, Rain Sticks, Chajchas Rattles, Ocean Drum, and Mediterranean Daff Drum.
