Introducing Our Kits Meetups
Our Kits Meetups are one of our longest standing events with The Flying Sage. For each of these events, we like to invite new and local facilitators to lead unique workshops designed to inspire transformation, connection, and peak experiences. The focus here is on diversity of experience so you can expect something different each time!
Each week, we invite local facilitators to lead us through unique workshops designed to inspire transformation, foster deep connections, and create peak experiences. These events are more than just workshops though—they're opportunities to meet and bond with like-minded individuals, all within a supportive and vibrant community.
Join us as we explore new ideas, expand our horizons, and connect with others on this journey of growth and discovery. We can't wait to see you there!
About This Week’s Meetup: Sacred Sound Liberation: Song Circle & Sound Bath
Join Teresa and community for an immersive experience designed to unlock your voice and heal your body through sound. This workshop combines vocal exploration and song circle with the therapeutic power of a sound bath, providing a unique opportunity to release tension, reconnect with your inner voice, and restore balance.
This event is designed to liberate your voice and life, connect with your inner expression, creativity and experience the profound healing power of sound.
Vocal Freedom: Explore your voice through guided exercises that help release tension, unlock creativity, and enhance vocal confidence. Whether you sing regularly or haven’t sung in years, this space is open to all.
Song Circle: Gather in community to share songs that unlock healing within us in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. There will be some gentle somatic movements with some songs to feed nervous system resourcing
Sound Bath: Lie back and relax as you are immersed in soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, gong, chimes, and other healing instruments. This sound bath will help you release stress and feel a deep sense of peace and connect to insights from the heart.
No experience necessary—just bring your open heart and willingness to sing.
Let’s sing, chant and soak in a sonic wilderness within and around us for personal and collective healing.
