Weekly Kits Beach Meetup - Weaving the Sacred: Ancestral Healing, Sound & Mantra Meditation

  • Kitsilano Showboat 2300 Cornwall Avenue Vancouver, BC, V6K 1B6 Canada (map)

Introducing Our Weekly Kits Beach Meetups

Every Thursday during the summer, we gather as a community at Kits Beach and invite local facilitators to join us in offering unique workshops with a different theme each week. Through these events, we seek to offer transformation, connection and peak experiences all while providing a container to connect with other like-minded people in the community and enjoy some food together.

For these events, you can expect everything from yoga and movement workshops to sound healing and introductory psychedelic exploration. We hope to provide a rich diversity of offerings all summer long!

The facilitated portion of these events costs $20 but if you simply want to drop by after for the BBQ and potluck, you are welcome to simply stop by for free. Please register below if you would like to attend the facilitated portion of the event from 7:00-8:30pm. We meet on the grass area near Kitsilano Showboat (just behind Kitsilano Pool) and these events are weather dependent, so if it rains, we will postpone.

Also, please note this is a POTLUCK. If you intend to eat with us, please bring some food to share with others. We will have a BBQ to cook food on.

About This Week’s Meetup: Weaving the Sacred:

Join us for an evening of profound healing and spiritual connection as we gather for an immersive event combining the ancient practices of ancestral healing, the healing of musical mantra meditation through kirtan and community connection. Delve into the depths of your ancestral lineage, embracing and weaving forward the wisdom of your ancestors, while finding support in the loving embrace of like-minded community.

During this transformative event, you will have the opportunity to be guided through exercises rooted in the transformative modality of Family Constellations. You will journey to explore the dynamics of your family system, uncover hidden patterns that are currently playing out in your life, and cultivate a deeper understanding of your own unique place within the tapestry of your ancestry.

We will embark on a guided meditation journey, creating a sacred space for inner reflection and connection. Through meditation, you will have the opportunity to tune into your inner wisdom that exists beyond the mind, receive insights, release limiting beliefs, and cultivate a state of inner peace and clarity.

To close off the evening, we will immerse ourselves in the healing vibrations of Kirtan. We will join our voices together in heart-opening chants. The power of sound healing through Kirtan will help in restoring balance and create a deep sense of unity and interconnectedness.

Join us on this transformative journey as we unite in harmony, honoring our roots, and opening our hearts to the healing energy infused by community connection, and ancestral exploration. Allow the transformative power of this holistic experience to guide you towards inner peace, healing, and a profound sense of belonging.
