Introducing Our Kits Meetups

Every other Wednesday we gather as a community at The Stretch Space to connect and expand together. For these events, we invite local facilitators to join us in offering unique workshops with a different theme each week. Through these events, we seek to offer transformation, connection and peak experiences all while providing a container to connect with other like-minded people in the community. The focus here is on diversity of experience so you can expect something different each time!

These events are open to the public and are discounted/free for our members.




About This Week’s Meetup: Nervous System Relax

Our first Kits Meetup of the season happens to land on Magic Mushroom Day. For this event, we are excited to be joined by Ishta Devi who will be facilitating nervous system regulation with a tea ceremony, breath, somatic experience and deep listening to the Self. This is an invitation to come out of stress, anxiety, fear and separation and into alignment of your True Nature.

For those that attend, there will be an optional cup Lumina Tea, "Nervous System Relax" being offered. These high quality herbal tea formulas each contain a micro dose of psilocybin to bring an additional element to this experience. Make sure to check out Lumina Tea if you are curious to learn more.

About This Week’s Facilitator: Ishta Devi

Ishta Devi is a trauma focused therapeutic counsellor, yoga teacher, clinical hypnotherapist, artist and entrepreneur. Ishta is obsessed with wellness and is devoted to her values of health, autonomy, freedom, beauty and creativity.

Ishta felt called to dive deep into the topic of trauma recovery in her own life and to share her discoveries with the world as part of her life's work. She is also the founder of LUMINA TEA, a micro dosed tea line designed to support new neuroconnections, increase focus, wellbeing and creativity and decrease anxiety and depression.

What To Bring:

  1. Yoga Mat, blanket, meditation cushion

  2. Your own favorite cup

  3. Journal & Pencil

  4. Eye Mask

  5. Optional: Biofeedback mat or sheepskin, extra cushions or blankets

These events are open to the public and tickets are $40.00. If you are a Sage or Wizard Member, tickets are FREE. Tickets can be found here. Please note that we do have limited spots each week so make sure to get your tickets fast.
