We've partnered with 100 Days of Discipline to bring you free weekly morning workouts at Kits Beach!
If you are looking for a little extra accountability around your fitness come join us!
These workouts will be guided by 100 Days of Discipline founder Luke Arsenault.
We will be running through a simple beginners calisthenics flow workout, accessible to everyone and anyone of all abilities, beginners to advanced.
Location
Vancouver: 7:00am sharp at the workout bars near the Kitsilano Beach Basketball Courts.
What To Bring
Essentials: Layers and clothing you can move in. Water bottle and snacks.
Optional: Workout equipment (eg. resistance bands, parallettes).
