Exercise & Cold Plunge Challenge

After running 2 successful cold plunge challenges during the winter, we are excited to be partnering with 100 Days of Discipline to offer a new challenge based around exercise, breathwork and… you guessed it… cold plunging. This new challenge will run again for 12 weeks and will be a great opportunity for those seeking some accountability and incentive in making exercise & cold exposure a part of your weekly routine. The last session of this challenge will be on July 5th. Each session will begin with a full-body guided workout that will get your blood flowing and muscles moving. After this, we will cold plunge into the ocean for 3 minutes. We want to bring a meditative aspect to this event and so we ask that during the plunge itself, you remain silent so that everyone can have space to feel into the sensations brought about by the cold. This is a free event and is taking place in Vancouver.

For those that are able to attend all 12 of our weekly plunges, you will win…

  • A free 1-month Sage Tier Membership with The Flying Sage which includes free access to all of our events and access to our purpose-built Community Platform

  • A flying sage hat

  • Free month subscription to 100 Days of Discipline program (everything included)

  • Free piece of calisthenics gear from Hanzo Fit (pull up bar or parallettes)

Location:

Vancouver: 7:30am sharp at Kitsilano Beach. Look for the white Flying Sage tent.

About 100 Days of Discipline

100 Days of Discipline is a community-based calisthenics challenge, aimed at building mental and physical fortitude through the practice of self-discipline. Their challenge spans 100 days and is centred around the 3 foundational pillars of fitness, nutrition, and accountability.

  • Essentials: Exercise clothing. Bathing suit, warm layers, change of clothing. Umbrella or rainjacket if it is raining to keep you and your things dry.

Optional: A poncho or robe to make changing clothing easier for you after the plunge. Warm tea. Water shoes.

  • 1.) We are partnering with 100 Days of Discipline for this challenge and prizes will be offered by both organizations.

2.) You will only be able to miss one of the sessions to remain in the challenge. And even still, if you do miss one, you will need to make it up and share on social (or send to us if you do not have social media or choose not to use it)*

3.) Your attendance counts as long as you make it to either the plunge or the exercise. If you are late and miss the breathwork, your plunge will still count.

These weekly events are open anyone and our challenge is optional. If you would like to participate in the challenge, please register using the form below…
