Kits Meetup - Sensual Embodiment Practice

  • The Stretch Space 2188 York Avenue Vancouver, BC, V6K 3E7 Canada (map)

Introducing Our Kits Meetups

Every other Wednesday we gather as a community at The Stretch Space to connect and expand together. For these events, we invite local facilitators to join us in offering unique workshops with a different theme each week. Through these events, we seek to offer transformation, connection and peak experiences all while providing a container to connect with other like-minded people in the community. The focus here is on diversity of experience so you can expect something different each time!

These events are open to the public and are discounted/free for our members.

About This Week’s Meetup: Sensual Embodiment Practice

This Sensual Embodiment Practice is a grounding mix of yoga-inspired movement, breath, guided meditation, and a juicy exploration of the senses. The class leads participants deeply into their bodies for profound inner-connectedness, insight and peace. This is a solo practice. Please bring a yoga mat and, if you like, a cushion to sit on.

About This Week’s Facilitator: Katie Hamar

Katie is a passionate Alignment Coach and embodiment facilitator, including widespread experience teaching yoga. She is the creator of NAHLA Community, a network of women’s circles in Vancouver and online, and has been holding space professionally for over a decade. Through her own journey of self-discovery, growth and embodiment, she has learned powerful tools to come home to herself and to quiet outside noise. As a coach and facilitator, she helps guide clients inwards to their innate, unique power, alignment and homeostasis so that they can live the lives they’re meant for and awake to the magic of it all.
