Every Wednesday we gather as a community at The Stretch Space to connect and expand together. For these events, we invite local facilitators to join us in offering unique workshops with a different theme each week. Through these events, we seek to offer transformation, connection and peak experiences all while providing a container to connect with other like-minded people in the community.
These events are open to the public and are discounted/free for our members.
About This Week’s Workshop: High Frequency Crystallization
Join us for an event that will help you discover your path towards communion with your highest-self. Our intention is to provide you with clarity, power, and release by delving deep within and restoring any numb, resistant, and difficult circumstances present in the body. Through the nourishment of divine mother energies, you'll be able to transmute thought patterns and shift limiting beliefs, thus enabling personal and collective transformation of the planet.
Our core focus will be on activating humanity's role in the galactic community. We'll question what's missing in our evolution and growth, and in doing so, we'll uncover the part of ourselves that has been denied and suppressed. This ceremony is designed to act like a star-gate, opening our hearts and awareness to attune to the frequency of the universe, receive knowledge, and nourishment.
Our facilitator, Ana Sofia, will act as a conduit between the initiates, plant medicine, and the divine consciousness, providing intuitive guidance to each participant in a non-speaking ceremony. To create an altar in the middle of the space and imbue objects with vortex energy and information, we encourage participants to bring a white candle, flowers, and sacred objects. You're also welcome to bring instruments to create sound and a mat and pillow for extra comfort.

About This Week’s Facilitator:
Ana Sofia
Sovereignty oracle, Ana Sofia is a ceremonialist, yogi, DJ, dancer, interior designer and musician. She works to assist woman and men who seek to radically embody every aspect of their true selves unapologetically. She has acquired her knowledge through past life remembrance, plant medicine journeys, many different books and mentorship programs that teach different healing modalities and trauma exploration.
In the healing realm she is known for her ability to tap into various dimensions in order bring information and frequencies from this realms, acting as a conductor of information (frequencies) for the people and situations that require to acknowledge something for their highest good and in order to fulfill their purpose in life by unlocking layer by layer the pieces of information needed for the divine purpose recognition and embodiment to occur.
