This workshop is a composition of ancient practices woven into modern day scientific findings to offer an experience of Embodiment between the Brain & Heart. This experience lends the participant a lens through both the Brain and Heart, and the harmony that can be created between them.

We are excited to announce our first Weekly Members Meetup of the Fall season. These member dedicated events will take place every single Wednesday at The Stretch Space in Kitsilano. We will host a different facilitator each week and use it as a time to connect with other like minded people in the community.
