Weekly Member Meetup - Movement Workshop

  • 2300 Cornwall Ave Vancouver, BC, V6K 1B6 Canada (map)

Introducing Our Member Meetups

Every Wednesday during the Fall, we gather as a community at The Stretch Space to connect, expand and learn more about one another. Each week we invite local facilitators to join us in offering unique workshops with a different theme. Through these events, we seek to offer transformation, connection and peak experiences all while providing a container to connect with other like-minded people in the community.

These events are a continuation of our summer pop-ups but we are dedicating them to our Flying Sage members.

Please note as well that these events are a POTLUCK. If you intend to eat with us, please bring some food to share with others. We will NOT have a BBQ to cook food on so best to bring simple food items.

About This Week’s Workshop: Movement

Experience a playful approach to Movement and reconnect with your body, through various primal patterns, coordination tasks, and fun partner work.

About This Week’s Facilitator: Alireza Jambor

Alireza is a movement generalist and artist. Over the years, he has dived into a wide range of practices such as Yoga, Acrobatics, and Capoeira. In his teachings, he invites playfulness, curiosity, and a willingness to try and explore new possibilities, regardless of one’s level of practice.

What To Bring:

  1. Comfy clothing you can move in

  2. Water bottle

  3. Food dish to share
