About Our In-person Events
We create unique, empowering and transformative experiences utilizing breathwork, sound baths, cold exposure, ecstatic dance and more.
Most of our events are based in Vancouver and we are starting to run events in Victoria and Calgary now as well.

Ascension
The Flying Sage is excited to be partnering with the Cosmic Otter Orchestra to bring you a new monthly offering involving a candlelit walking meditation practice and immersive sound experience. After walking the Labyrinth, gather in a circle for a unique sound experience combining elements of guided meditation, sound bath, and field recordings collected around British Columbia. The circle will then close with an open mic for poetry sharing.

Expansion Seminars
Hosted every month, these in person events put the spotlight on knowledgeable people in the psychedelic space who come to share about specific topics. These events also focus on providing good networking and socializing opportunities.
-
Integration circles
Hosted bi-weekly, our Integration Circles are our most consistent offering. Psychedelic experiences can be some of the most potent in our life and require some time to weave back into our model of the world and how we see ourselves in it. No matter how "good" or "bad" these experiences can be, they are most transformative when we take the time to reflect and integrate them together.
-
Breathwork
One special reoccurring event we offer is a Psilacetin (4-ACO DMT) Breathwork Ceremony. These are gentle experiences weaving storytelling, meditation and rhythm to create a safe container for you to explore the deep wisdom that your body has within it.
-
Cannabis Ceremonies
Cannabis is oftentimes overlooked as a spiritual tool. During these intimate ceremonies we focus on how cannabis can be used with intention as we sit together in meditation and sound. Together we use cannabis to navigate emotion and find stillness in a powerful way while being guided by a live musical experience.
-
Cold Plunges
Every week, we will meet at 7:30am sharp at Kitsilano Beach. We start with 3 rounds of Wim Hof Breathwork, then we plunge and usually do a bit of Qi-Gong after. We seek to bring a meditative aspect to this event and so during the plunge itself, we remain silent so that everyone can have space to feel into the sensations brought about by the cold. We encourage anyone to attend these events no matter your experience with cold-water.

Parties
The focus with our events is on connection and expansion and that extends to our parties as well. We have hosted a few rmagnetic parties over the last few years. Our latest was our New Year’s Ceremony which included a cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance and sound portal.
