Psychedelics in Vancouver - A Celebration & Gathering
The Flying Sage is thrilled to be stepping into Fall with some exciting developments and partnerships. To kick things off this September, we are coming together to celebrate our joining forces with the Vancouver Psychedelic Society, launching our Community Leader Program and launching our new weekly and monthly event offerings. The UBC Psychedelic Society will also be present to share in the fun. Come celebrate and connect with the largest psychedelic communities in Vancouver.

Breathwork
We offer both powerful and gentle breathwork ceremonies weaving storytelling, meditation and rhythm to create a safe container for you to explore the deep wisdom that your body has within it.

Expansion Seminars
These in person events put the spotlight on knowledgeable people in our community who come to share about specific topics. These events also focus on providing good networking and socializing opportunities.

Integration circles
Psychedelic experiences can be some of the most potent in our life and require some time to weave back into our model of the world and how we see ourselves in it. No matter how "good" or "bad" these experiences can be, they are most transformative when we take the time to reflect and integrate them together.

Cannabis Ceremonies
Cannabis is oftentimes overlooked as a spiritual tool. During these intimate ceremonies we focus on how cannabis can be used with intention as we sit together in meditation and sound. Together we use cannabis to navigate emotion and find stillness in a powerful way while being guided by a live musical experience.

Cold Plunges
In the Spring and Winter, we meet at 7:30am sharp at Kitsilano Beach. We start with 3 rounds of Wim Hof Breathwork, then we plunge and usually do a bit of Qi-Gong after. We seek to bring a meditative aspect to this event and so during the plunge itself, we remain silent so that everyone can have space to feel into the sensations brought about by the cold. We encourage anyone to attend these events no matter your experience with cold-water.

Dance & Parties
We’ve hosted some wonderful parties over the years combining breathwork, ecstatic dance and sound into unforgettable evenings of connection, joy and community. Our primary dance offering is Lumio, an ecstatic dance event.
